Welcome to The Hideaway

The Hideaway is our community cafe in Stoke Bishop and our newest Post-16 training centre. Working in hospitality offers young people valuable skills, real working experience and a clear route into careers in the sector.

Students develop soft skills, a strong work ethic, cultural awareness, confidence and independence through their time at the cafe. The Hideaway is family friendly, stocked with local produce and a true community hub.

Students leave The Hideaway with practical hospitality experience, life skills and the confidence to take their next step, whether that is further training, employment or another route.

  • Have an EHCP, or are being assessed for one
  • Need re-engagement with learning before transition back to mainstream
