Vacancies at Discovery

Why join the team?

We are an innovative and nurturing alternative learning provision based in the south west, dedicated to supporting young people who thrive outside of mainstream education.

Our provisions offer a personalised, inclusive and flexible approach to learning, helping pupils re-engage with education, build confidence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Working with students who may have experienced barriers to learning, including social, emotional and mental health needs, we provide a safe, supportive environment where every individual is valued and encouraged to succeed. Our team is passionate, committed, well trained and driven by a shared belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We are now seeking enthusiastic, resilient and compassionate individuals to join our growing team. If you are committed to making a positive difference and have the skills to inspire and support young people on their educational journey, we would love to hear from you.
