What we offer your child
Our specialist staff deliver bespoke educational packages designed alongside relevant agencies, so everyone is working towards the same targets and goals. We work with students from Primary through to Post 16.
Personalised learning
The curriculum targets each student's individual learning goals (often drawn from EHCP outcomes), so progress is meaningful rather than measured solely against age-related expectations.
Multi-sensory teaching
Flexible pacing and varied assessment methods. Supports pupils with communication difficulties, ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, or physical disabilities more effectively.
Holistic development
Beyond academic attainment we cover therapy, social communication, emotional regulation, sensory processing and life skills.
Confidence and independence
Tasks are designed to be achievable yet challenging, helping pupils see themselves succeed and build self-esteem.
What your child can study
A wide and diverse curriculum, mixing academic qualifications with hands-on, vocational and outdoor experiences.

How it works
From first contact to settled in — here's the journey.
Get in touch
Email or phone. We listen, ask questions and start to understand your child's needs.
Visit and meet
Come and see one of our centres. Meet the team. Ask anything.
Securing funding
Placements are funded by the local authority. Funding decisions rest with them rather than Discovery but we help with the paperwork at every stage.
Settling in
Your child starts. We share termly target sheets and summary reports so school and family stay in the loop.
What schools say
"The staff threw themselves wholeheartedly into finding out the best ways in which they could support 'K'. There was good, steady communication with school throughout the week so it always felt like we were on the same page in terms of getting the very best for — and out of — K during her time with them."
