Onboarding & Transition

Once we have received your referral, our staff will look at what we think would be the best facility, course and member of staff for the student to thrive. We can then arrange visits, meetings with the key-workers and depending on funding, can get going on transition straight away. If you have any questions about referring a student, please just let us know!
